 It was a blessed time at Teayes Valley.  Matt and I talked to our youth pastor at church wed night about bringing the teens to the youth conference. I heard y'all ended up going to Steak and Shake that night.  See you in a few months.

CT, Im not sure just where to start but to say God's Been GOOD in my life. We got in on the revival during the 4th week.  The first night I think we were kind of in shock, but hungry for more for sure. We had the awesome privelage to come almost everynight there after and we were able to bring many friends and family. Ive never seen or been apart of anything so powerful before. Many struggles in this earthly life I surrendered to God during the revival. I had a fresh drink of His living water and am still revived to this day. My husband has also was recharged in his spiritual walk. My two sons were able to be apart of this as well and still talk about all God did during that week. We brought other church members from our church who got fired up and are currently serving in a bigger capacity since the revival and my best friend got SAVED. It was awesome. I want to thank you for allowing God to use you and each and every soul of those 102 you gave God the glory! Brother it doesnt get much better than that. He is awesome and so glad we get to serve Him! Praying for you and your ministry, and your wonderful wife and little Tucker! May God pour out blessings all over you :) Thanks again!

Thanking Jesus for the ministry that God has given to you brother C.T., and for allowing the revival to take place at Golden Creek Baptist Church! My wife was saved there on April 23, 2010 and wow what a change in her, and our marriage! God hath revived me brother, and I am jealous over you with a godly jealousy (2 Cor. 11:2a).  Romans 11:13, 14 would be the best way that I could describe you; well and that you are the lightest skinned colored preacher I have ever met lol!  Seriously I am greatful at how God has changed my life thru you, and only eternity will bare out how much of a difference you've made! To God be the glory for, by, and thru it all! Serving Jesus, and looking for that "Breathe" everyday until the trumpet sounds! Thanks again brother, and God bless you as you travel.

CT:  I just want you to know what a blessing you were this past week at the Big Bottom Missionary Baptist Church Youth Revival.  You preached several messages that really spoke to my heart.  The holy spirit was definitely there with us.  Thanks again for all you did this week.  I pray for you and Becky that God will continue to bless you.  Congratulations on the baby boy and I can't wait to hear you again.

I got to come to revival for most of the 8 weeks. I enjoyed every night! My God never ceases to amaze me. Every night the message or the words you had to say were exactly what I needed. The first of the revival you preached a message on the Glory, that was one of my favorites. I can truly say now that I have been in the "Glory." Thanks so much for being obedient to the voice of the Lord. You and Becky have blessed me and my whole church so much. I'm a member at Galilee Baptist in Easley, SC and my whole youth group is on fire and ready for revival at our church. I will always remember so many of the messages you preached...the one on cleaning up your stream, Not for Sale, If it had not been the Lord who was on our side, the message on Noah and the ark (just to list a few.) I ordered all of the cds from the revival and listen to them in the car. I'm so thankful everyday for allowing me to experience His presence so strongly in that meeting. My life will never be the same. I've grown closer to the Lord because of it. We don't need revival in Pickens county we HAVE to have it! I thank the Lord for giving us a taste and left us wanting more. I've never been dissapointed in Him.

This is a repost of what I tried to say earlier which apparently had a format problem.

I sincerely hope that the 102 number is just a launching point for what God is going to do at Golden Creek, other churches in the area and across America. I have many, many things to be thankful for, one of which is a Pastor that is in tune with and follows God. If he had not listened to  the comments of a young teenage girl and followed God, this revival might never have taken place. I'm sure there are 102 people who will be eternally grateful. Brother C. T. I know just as sure as I know my name is written in The Lamb's Book of Life, that the Lord has placed his anointing upon you and given you a special talent to minister in song and through the foolishness of preaching (2 Chronicles 7:14) to bring the Gospel and Revival to whosoever will. I've never seen anyone quite like you, although a few names do come to mind. J. Harold Smith(in his younger days), (my mother was saved in one of his meetings in Greenville SC), also Joe Arthur and certainly Larry Brown. As I continue to pray for you and your ministry I wil be praying that the Lord will surround you with a wall of prayer, as I am sure you will be attacked from all sides because the devil must be pretty ticked at you about now. You can not come into an area and create a Holy Stir such as took place in Liberty SC and not expect opposition and criticism. You stay the course Brother. I'll see you soon.

I have never experienced anything like this revival.  I thank God for allowing me to hear about this. My family was hurting and I thought I was saved.  But now I know that I am saved and my family is so much closer to God.  I am so blessed to have been able to attend such a great revival. I pray God will bless you and Becky.   

I was fortunate to have been able to attend several services at Golden Creek and most of the time we had a group from our church who came and I have never experienced anything like this in my life. You could really feel the Holy Spirit in every service and it really has made a difference in my life.  You are truly annointed from God and I am glad I had a small part of the revival. I wish for you and your family the best and especially on the birth of your son. I know God has might things in store for you and hope you back in our area soon because I will definitely be ther. CT, I don't have the words to express my gratitude to you for following the lead of the Holy Spirit.  Your obedience to HIM has made a tremendous impact for Christ on me and my family.  You will remain in our prayers as you travel.  God did something special at Golden Creek and I am thankful I was able to be a part.  I will never drink a glass of 2% milk again without thinking about you!

C.T, I just wanted to say that I am so thankful the Lord allowed me and my family to be a part of the revival at Golden Creek. I have never experinced the moving of the Holy Spirit in that fashion, and I will never forget it. It was a pleasure to meet you and Becky and we will look forward to meeting little Tucker one of these days when our paths cross again. Bro C.T. Townsend, my name is Chris Winburn I am a member of New Grace Baptist Church in Concord, NC. I was priviledged to be able to come to Golden Creek Baptist Church on Monday and on Friday of the 8th week. The 2 and a half hour ride was worth it. The last few weeks we were hearing and praying about the revival and all God was doing. We just had to come and get in on the action! I wanted to thank the Lord for what He done for me those two nights I got to come. I also wanted to thank you for obeying the Lord. We would love to be able to have you stop by us here in Concord and Preach. God bless you and your ministry.                              

I will never forget anything about the revival. The Holy Spirit sure did help to heal this Mimi's broken heart caused by losing my Savannah Grace on March 20. The first Friday night that Jeff and I attended, I began to feel God healing me. I am so thankful that Angel and Blake told me about the revival via facebook. The last three weeks of my life will be remembered over and over in my thoughts when I am happy, sad, or just need to remember how good God is. It was electric! Thank you, C. T., for allowing God to use you. You sure are God's man! I know that the devil will be after you day and night because he is so mad with all of the lives that were changed during the last 8 weeks. I am praying that more lives of those who were not in attendance will be changed by the ones of us how were fortunate enough to attend. I have been blessed for 44 years by God living in my heart; however, I have never witnessed such a sweet spirit in a place for so long before. I personally feel like the service should have been extended because I was not ready for it to end. I am still hungry for more revival. C. T., you have a way with words, humor, stories, people, and preaching His word, which God has given to you. I pray that you continue on keeping on for the Lord. You are gifted in a way that you can reach the youngest to the oldest. God has given you a unique connection with people! You are precious to my family and me. I sure feel our paths will cross on this side of Heaven again. Until then, you are in my thoughts and prayers. May God continue to bless you, your ministry, Becky, and your entire family because I have been blessed by just attending, watching, singing, and listening! (I wanted to tell you all of this as I left the church last night, but as you could tell - I cry easily!)
